Managing and maintaining of the property portfolio and to assist on matters of safety and risk management

The successful candidate will:
Plan and maintain the showroom space of all the Branches.
Maintain a record of the various buildings dimensions and infrastructure
Create graphical presentations for example, floor plans, maps and sections.
Develop detailed scope of work for activities to be executed.
Ensure that display fixtures are maintained.
Maintain and manage service records for all equipment such as generators and air conditioners.
Liaison between external building contractors and branch managers.
Work on the compliance of the Risk Management programme.
Maintain an inventory record of equipment/goods required for the maintenance
branches (e.g. tiles, paint, etc.)
Project management of all refurbishments, relocations and new locations
Prepare budgets for afore mentioned projects.
Academic Qualifications and Key Competencies Include:
Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management or Project Management.
Three (3) years’ experience in the construction industry.
Retail space design and construction management
Contract procurement and negotiation.
Facility auditing and property management.
Computer literate (especially Excel, Word and Auto CAD, MS Project)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytic and problem solving skills
Own a reliable motor vehicle
