The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for increasing customers’ knowledge of print and digital products, reducing churn, retaining and building customer loyalty, and increasing revenue opportunities. This position will also be responsible for inbound and outbound post-sales customer contact to help customers understand their advertising, address any questions and identify opportunities to upsell. This position will also handle inbound consumer queries regarding our various products and platforms.
ARE YOU ABLE TO?
Support the Sales Team by offering after sale support for digital products by way of health checks and welcome calls.
Participate and successfully complete internal and vendor training as needed to improve on knowledge of products, services, systems and processes.
Prove value (ROI) to customers who have purchased SEO, SEM, Websites, SMM other Digital products.
Analyze customer campaigns and identify opportunities to upsell customers.
Manage inbound and outbound calls and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool accordingly.
Record and process customer queries and liaise with relevant internal/external resources for speedy resolution.
Effectively manage cancellation request and promote win-back opportunities
Manage customer rebates within established guidelines.
Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude by taking action to achieve goals beyond minimum performance and service standards.
Build and maintain effective working relationships.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and legislation relevant to this role.
Actively display the Yello Promises in all internal/external customer interactions.
DO YOU HAVE?
Minimum Associate Degree/level education preferred.
Sound knowledge in marketing with a strong business acumen.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work independently yet functions well within a team environment.
Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.
Good understanding of SEM, SEO, SMM and Google Analytics.
Strong ability to analyze and explain Google statistics, and Google reports.
Web design knowledge preferred.
Previous success in dealing with queries and issues in a customer-centric environment.
